Cream

Clean the sintered stone tabletop regularly with a soft, damp cloth and dry with a clean towel. For everyday marks, use a mild pH-neutral cleaner and avoid abrasive pads, bleach, acidic cleaners or harsh chemicals.

Although sintered stone is durable, we recommend using placemats, coasters and trivets to help protect the surface from heat, staining and sharp objects. Wipe up spills promptly, especially liquids such as coffee, wine, oil or acidic sauces.

Clean the FRP pedestal bases with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid knocking, dragging or using abrasive cleaners on the base, as this may damage the painted finish.

Do not drag the table when moving it. Lift carefully with support to protect the tabletop, bases and flooring.

Delivery requires the customer or an authorised person to be present to sign for the item. We will contact you before dispatch with delivery updates where possible.

Please inspect the packaging and item on arrival. If you notice any damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos, so we can review the issue promptly.

Our warranty covers manufacturing or product quality issues. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
