Upholstered in a soft bouclé-style fabric, the Cloud Sofa should be cared for gently to preserve its texture, colour and shape.

Vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment to remove dust and surface debris. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth — do not rub, as this may push liquid deeper into the fabric or disturb the texture.

For light marks, use a slightly damp cloth and gently blot the affected area. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or excessive water. Allow the fabric to air dry naturally and keep the sofa away from direct heat sources.

To help protect the light upholstery, avoid contact with dark denim, heavily dyed fabrics, makeup, oils or sharp objects, as colour transfer or fabric damage may occur.

Plump and reshape the cushions regularly where needed to help maintain the sofa’s soft rounded form. Professional upholstery cleaning is recommended for deeper stains.

Our warranty covers manufacturing or product quality issues. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
